The Friction Prescription Guarantee

We stand by everything we put our name on. Period.

Do you accept returns? Yes. If you're not happy with your FRXN order for any reason, we'll issue a full refund — no return shipping required. Keep the product, pass it on to a training partner, or toss it. Your call.

How do I request a refund? Email us at Team@frictionprescription.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. No forms, no runaround.

What's the window? You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.

How long does my refund take? Once we approve your request, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong item? Tell us right away at Team@frictionprescription.com (photos help) and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
