Shipping Policy
We know you want your gear yesterday. We work fast, but we aren't robots. Here is how we get your "prescription" from our door to yours.
1. Speed & Processing

Processing: Give us 1–2 business days to get your order packed and out the door. We don't ship on weekends or holidays—that's when we're out using the product ourselves.

Delivery: Once the carrier grabs it, expect it in 3–7 business days (standard) or 1–2 business days (expedited).
2. The Cost

Standard Shipping: $5 (Flat rate, no surprises).

Free Shipping: Spend over $20, and the shipping is on us.

Expedited: If you're in a rush, you can pay for the fast lane at checkout.
3. Tracking
As soon as your order hits the mail, we’ll send you a tracking number. If the link doesn't work immediately, give it a few hours to update in the system.
4. International
We ship worldwide. Just know that customs, duties, and taxes are on you. We have no control over how long your country’s customs office decides to hold onto your package.
5. Lost or Mangled Gear
If your package goes missing or arrives looking like it went through a blender, tell us. We stand by our relationship with you. We’ll investigate, and if the carrier dropped the ball, we’ll make it right.
